Background

Luxello is based in Los Angeles. The company design and manufacture luxury architectural outdoor fittings. All Luxello products use LED lights.

Lucas Melbourne was asked create a sophisticated brand language. Luxello wanted to differentiate itself from the majority of its competitors that adopt minimalist and modernist design systems.

Solution

Our solution focused on the range of colours achievable through LED lights (which is literally endless). We introduced bright fluro gradients that highlight colour. The matrix pattern used to construct the LED lighting systems was inspiration for the Luxello illustration and typographic style.
We created a brand language that reflected Luxello’s premium products, with a distinct, fresh and ownable graphic language to support the brand.
